A small, hard-working consulting firm based in Gaborone, Botswana. Established in 2015, we hit the ground running with our direct approach to finding success for our clients. Large scale solutions, strategy development and project managing, we offer our clients a wide spectrum.

Gaongalelwe is a Marketing and Communications professional, and a technology enthusiast. She has a passion for building everything Technology and the potential it holds to transform lives.

She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Leadership in ICT & Knowledge Society (awaiting award from Dublin City University), a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing), a Diploma in Computer Studies, and various other qualifications in Internet Governance and is working towards accreditation as a Cyber Security Standards Assessor for SMEs.

Ms. Mosweu is currently the Vice President of the Botswana Information Technology Society (BITS) and has served on the Technical Advisory committee giving strategic guidance to the running of the .bw domain.

She is also involved in a number of international organisations in the ICT space (in particular, Internet Governance) such as ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), where she is a member of the Fellowship Selection Committee and the Global Review Team currently considering the impact of the introduction of new generic Top Level Domains (gTLDs) on Consumer Choice, Competition, and Consumer Trust.

She has over 13 years experience in marketing and communications, corporate social investment  (CSI) and does it all with ease and fun and joy.

Gao once dreamed of running her own magazine, then talk show host, and then being an IT Guru.  ​

Gao oversees marketing, communications, business development and client servicing at Maze Meadows Consulting as well as business development.

Despite her fondness and gift for talking, Gao is a bit of a book-worm and loves nothing more than a night in with a good book.
